Germander Growing and Maintenance Tips

Plants can look a little messy after they've finished blooming, so give them a good haircut.  You don't need to be too careful; just use a large pair of scissors or hedging shears and cut off all the dead flower stems together with a good 1-2" of the leafy stems.  This plant responds really well to pruning and a good haircut will encourage new shoots to be produced and help to maintain a nice leafy, compact growth habit.
